A native of Washington state, Teresa Leigh Judd now lives in northern California with her partner Ken and her mustachioed cat, Marx (as in Groucho). She is a graduate of the University of Washington's Far Eastern studies program and has lived in D.C., New Jersey and the S.F. bay area. She currently works as a manufacturers' representative to retail stores.
Her short story, "Playing House" was published in Capital Crimes, a Sacramento area anthology as well as online in Dark Fire, a horror ezine. Her short story "Quick on the Draw" was awarded second place in the 2009 Deadly Ink contest. She is a member of Sisters in Crime and Romance Writers of America
