Before sending submissions to L&L Dreamspell, or any publisher for that matter, authors should make sure their work is well edited and as polished as possible. Join writer groups and critique groups, either in person or on-line - they'll help you find common mistakes that you can't see!

Make sure you submit what we want to read - check the genre list, then format your sample according to our guidelines. Never send a submission in the body of an email! Don't send a full manuscript until one is requested. And be sure you send your submission to the correct email box.

Short stories are a great way for authors to add to their publishing credits - L&L Dreamspell has a variety of anthologies in assorted genre categories. Check our Open Anthologies page - we accept stories until a book is filled then it will be put on our schedule for publication.

If you want L&L Dreamspell to consider your work for publication it is important to follow our guidelines. We accept ON LINE SUBMISSIONS ONLY- please don't mail us your manuscript.
