Michael is married, with two children. He holds an MBA from Winthrop University, with memberships in the Phi Kappa Phi and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Societies.
He is currently Vice President of Information Technology for a small Southern textile company specializing in the production of protective fabrics.
Michael holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. He enjoys saltwater fishing along the South Carolina coast and playing trumpet with his son.
